Carroll Bogard

Trade Sales Manager

Carroll is an Iowa native and graduated from William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA, in 1984 with a BA degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Management. In 1986, he began his career with Pella and held many positions during his tenure including the areas of sales, marketing, engineering, design and manufacturing. In 2015, Carroll took the opportunity to take early retirement from Pella Corporation and begin his career with the Pella Mountain West team when he moved his family to Victor, ID.

Teresa Bosh

Controller

Teresa is a Utah native and graduated from the University of Utah where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees of Professional Accountancy.  She joined Pella in 2006 and is proud to be a member of the Mountain West Team.  She has a passion for business and enjoys the opportunity to work with such a talented team.  She is happily married and loves her four-legged, furry kids.  When not working, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, gardening, reading, and listening to live rock and roll.

Don Foster

Owner

Don is a native of Toronto and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics. He joined Pella immediately after graduating from college in 1984 and held several sales and sales management roles. Don became the General Manager of the Pella Toronto Sales Subsidiary in 2001 and following that seven-year assignment he became the Trade and Commercial Director for Pella Corporation and managed the Pella Sales Subsidiary network across North America. In 2010 Don relocated his wife of 25 years and his three daughters to Arizona where they now call home. Don purchased the Pella Mountain West branch in early 2014 with his partner Sammy Song. During the past four years he has guided the company’s growth through leadership, continuous improvement and the constant focus on the customer experience. Outside of work Don is an avid golfer, enjoys travel and spends quality time with his family and friends.

Chris Guymon

Field Manager

Chris is a native of Sandy, UT, graduated from Jordan High School and College of Southern Idaho, having lived in various towns throughout Southern Idaho and the greater SLC area. He has been with Pella Windows and Doors since 2000, holding various positions in installation, service, and warehouse, with over 20 years’ experience in the window and door industry. Currently Chris manages the field operations in Utah, Southern Idaho and Western Wyoming, that include Service, Installation, and Logistics. Chris holds a general contracting license for both Utah and Arizona and is certified in Lead-Based Paint renovation activities. He is a volunteer varsity scout leader, has been married to his wife for 25 years and together have 3 children. His hobbies include camping, fishing, spending time with family and helping others.

Adam Homer

Marketing | Business Development

Adam began his career with Pella in May of 2000 in Seattle, Washington as a sales consultant for the local branch. Over the course of his career, Adam has held a variety of positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Adam relocated to Arizona in 2004 with his wife and two daughters to join the Pella Mountain West team. His passion for the construction industry is driven by the ability to see both big and small projects develop from simple ideas to transformed spaces. He enjoys helping Pella customers learn and see how impactful our windows and doors can be to a home’s design, style, functionality and energy efficiency. Outside of work, Adam enjoys following his hometown Seattle Seahawks, listening to music, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Adam is also a proud former United States Marine and continues to apply the life lessons learned during his service.

Eric Johnson

Operations Manager

Eric was born in Iowa and grew up in Wisconsin.  He moved to Arizona to join the Pella team in 2004.  He has held a number of positions in different departments and is currently the Operations Manager.  The “Customer Experience” is something he is very passionate about making great for our customers.  Eric is married and has three children.

John Mellin CSI, CDT

Commercial Business Manager

John is a twenty-year veteran in the window and door business who came to Pella Mountain West in May of 2016. Past duties have included positions as Territory Sales Manager, Architectural Consultant and General Manager. Currently the Commercial Business Manager at Pella MW, John oversees the Pella Certified Contractor Program and the Commercial Sales Team. He is also actively involved the local architectural community providing design consulting and specification writing services. John is married and enjoys skiing, mountain biking and music.

Sammy Song

Owner

Sammy was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Accounting. His career with Pella began in the summer of 2003 as an intern where he witnessed Pella’s reputation for being a world class organization built on a foundation of integrity, superior products, customer service, and great people. It was immediately clear that Pella was the right company for him. Sammy held several positions within Pella Corporation’s Finance team over the course of his career that included roles in Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Corporate Taxation, and Treasury. Sammy relocated to Arizona in 2007 to join the leadership team of the local Pella office as the Branch Controller, which then progressed to a Senior Financial Manager role that was responsible for the growth and financial health of the Pella Sales Subsidiary network across North America. In 2014 Sammy made a long-term goal of his come true with the purchase of the Pella Mountain West branch with his business partner Don Foster. Together they lead the business based on the same key principles that attracted Sammy to Pella as an intern.

Lori Wallace

Human Recourse Manager

Lori Wallace has an extensive career in Human Resources across all HR disciplines. Prior to joining Pella in 2014, she held leadership roles in manufacturing, software services, and transportation/logistics. She is actively involved in SHRM of Greater Phoenix and has held board roles with the AZ State Council and served as a President with the local SHRM Chapter. Lori has a Bachelor's Degree from Bethel University in Minnesota and is SPHR (Senior HR Professional) and SHRM-SCP certified. Lori lives in Phoenix and enjoys being involved in the community in various volunteer roles.
